Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of two (2) or more cartons. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.

 

Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below. We accept returns of unopened, unused cartons within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unopened and in their original packaging

Be in the same condition as received

Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened products are not eligible for return due to food safety and quality reasons.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@liquidmuscle.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

Approved returns are subject to a $15 CAD restocking fee, which helps cover shipping, handling, and processing costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective

Your order arrives damaged

You receive the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus the restocking fee (if applicable). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
