Welcome to Liquid Muscle (“Liquid Muscle,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.liquidmuscle.com] (the “Site”) and any products, subscriptions, services, or features we offer (collectively, the “Services”)

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may browse the Site without creating an account. Certain features, including subscriptions or order tracking, may require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time. Product formulations may change from time to time; please review ingredient lists prior to use.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently only ship within Canada. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@liquidmuscle.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns may be accepted for unopened items in original condition, subject to our Return Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned product is received and inspected.

7. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the frequency you select at checkout. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@liquidmuscle.com. You will be billed at each renewal unless cancelled in advance of the renewal date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, product names, and images—is owned by LQM Nutrition Inc or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt Site security or functionality.
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
Resell or redistribute products purchased from the Site without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Product statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or supplement routine.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid Muscle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
